Return/Exchange Policy

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your item, we do have a 14 day exchange policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@stompros.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we have received your exchange, we will ship out your new order. After 14 days from receiving your order, we will no longer accept requests for exchanges. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

At this time we are not issuing refunds. If you discover that your item is damaged upon arrival, then please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation. If you are unhappy with your item, then we will gladly accept a request for exchange.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
